NOTICE OF PUBLIC LOGIC AND
ACCURACY TESTS
In accordance with O.C.G.A. ยง 21-2-379.25(c), Cherokee County Elections and Registration will be performing logic and accuracy testing and preparation of voting equipment to be used in the November 2, 2021 General Municipal/Special Election. Testing will begin on Monday, September 27 at 8:00 A.M., end at 5:00 P.M. and continue daily during regular business hours until completion. All representatives of political parties and bodies, news media and the public shall be permitted to observe such tests. However, such representatives of political parties and bodies, news media and the public shall not in any manner interfere with the preparation and testing of voting system components.
Said testing and preparation will be conducted at the Albert L. Stone Elections Building located at 400 East Main Street, Canton, Georgia.
