The Area Managers would like to meet the 2nd Wednesday of the month for the Area Managers' meeting with the Precinct Chairs.

Precinct Chairs Success
SPEAKER: Garland Favorito from VOTER-GA
Please, invite your precinct officers, members, and guests. This is a great opportunity to bring more people to the CCRP and build your precinct. Thanks to all who brought someone to the meeting last time. Let's try a little harder to bring even more guests.
We are going to start a contest. Every attendee receives a ticket. For every person you bring, you'll receive an extra ticket for a drawing at the end of the meeting for prizes. The precinct who brings the most members will receive a prize.
Some of you come straight from work. We would like to welcome all of you with some food, but we can't do it without your participation. So, if some of you can help, please, sign up here to bring a dish (snacks/finger foods) Refreshments and dessert will be provided. We appreciate your help.
Fundraising Efforts:
To make it easier on everyone, Maury Nunes (or someone from the Executive Committee) will be at our meeting to collect the Gun Raffle tickets you have sold and the amount of money you have collected for those sales. Please, come and see him
before the meeting starts, between 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm. If you have any questions or you can't come, please contact Maury directly.
If you have unused tickets and have no plans to sell them, bring them to the meeting to turn in. We have members clamoring for more tickets to sell.
Precinct Chair Success:
- One precinct chair, who has sold more than 400 gun tickets so far, will share her experience and tips to help you sell yours.
- Are you having a successful month? Have you registered new voters? Have you connected with your precinct members? Have you contacted anyone on your list to come to one of the CCRP events? These are only some of the actions that you, as a precinct chair, can do to help your precinct. We'll share all the successes and tips.
