The Chair of the Cherokee County Republican Party is sending this meeting notice of the County Committee for its regularly scheduled quarterly meeting. - Tuesday, June 7, 2022. Attendance Check-In begins at 6:00 & must be completed by 6:45pm before business can be conducted beginning at 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Location: Canton Historic Courthouse,100 North St. Canton, GA 30114. This electronic communication is being sent to all CCRP County Members, in good standing, and is being published on the CCRP website under Events.
Pursuant to Article VI, Vacancies In Office., B. The Office of First Vice Chair, became vacant when Jordan Ridley resigned to run for office, resulting in Mike Canipe becoming the Chair.
As part of the Agenda, it is our intent to vote on the Office of First Vice Chair. James Dvorak, was vetted, has been appointed by the Chair, and approved by the Executive Committee as Acting First Vice Chair, and a vote to fill the position will be held at this meeting. James's resume can be viewed on the Members Only area.
Also a Membership Dues Change will be voted on. The Executive Committee is proposing the addition of a "Veterans Membership" line item of $15.
