IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CONVENTION - PLEASE READ
CAREFULLY Emails will be sent to all the delegates and alternates elected to the state convention as soon as paperwork is received from your county party, confirmed for accuracy and have furnished us your email. If you do not receive an email by April 5, 2023, please email karen@gagop.org with your email address so she can update it in the convention software and email you the registration link. You cannot register for the convention through someone else’s email.
For those who share emails with their spouse and have not registered, you will need to send an email to karen@gagop.org to provide an additional email. The software is designed to only allow an email to be used once, as it is tied to your voter ID number.
When registering online, if your voter ID number starts with a “0”, leave that number off when entering your Voter ID
IMPORTANT- Even if you have pre-registered, you MUST still check in at registration on Friday or Saturday to get your credentials badge. If you are not in line by 10:00 a.m. sharp on Saturday, June 10th, your delegate or alternate spot will be forfeited and you will only be able to participate as a guest. You cannot enter the convention hall without some form of paid credential.

$ 50.00 Taste of the South Reception and Dance April 5th thru June 2nd
IMPORTANT:
1. We will only be accepting CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS at the convention – * No Checks or Cash
2. No Refunds will be issued after 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 2, 2023
3. You must be in line by 10:00 a.m. to be eligible to Check In – No Late Check Ins will be Permitted
