8.29 Elections Workshop
We are inviting all CCRP members and to any guests who endorse the rule of law in our Nation and the U.S. Constitution, to attend an informal workshop to investigate becoming an active contributing participant in the 2024 Election cycle in Cherokee County who may be interested in learning about being Poll Workers, Poll Watchers, tabulation monitors, Vote Review panel etc. The workshop will be hosted by the CCRP, with a presentation by Bradley Myers, Electronic Systems Manager with Cherokee County Elections and Voter Registration office.
Bradley will present information on the opportunities available for individuals to work during the 2024 election cycle (including paid and unpaid positions), with timeframes for training as well as actual workdays. There is great need for many participants. This workshop will provide opportunity to consider becoming involved to gain firsthand experience in how the election process works under present structure of Georgia law.
There is no cost to attend the workshop, however any donations to cover the cost of refreshments will be appreciated.
