Please join the CCRP to continue the discussion of the amendments that have been proposed to the CCRP bylaws. We will walk through the suggested changes making additions, subtractions or other changes as a group. We will be working off of the document that reflects the recommendations made by the membership at the 12/13/2023 monthly Area Precinct Manager meeting.
This will be a collaborative meeting to allow the CCRP membership the opportunity to make suggestions to the Executive Committee and County Committee regarding the bylaws amendments. This will be a closed meeting exclusive only to those who are dues paid members as of 11/16/2023. Members will be able to make suggestions and vote on suggestions made (if a vote becomes necessary due to differing opinions over a suggestion). Pre-registration or registration at the door will be required; non-CCRP members will not be permitted into the meeting. This will be the second of two such meetings; the final result of the two meetings will be presented to the CCRP Executive Committee for approval, and if approved presented to the County Committee for a final vote on adoption.
The meeting will take place on January 9th at the CCRP Headquarters, 9425 Highway 92, Suite 112, Woodstock, GA 30188 and will begin at 6:00 pm.
Registration opens at 5:15 pm.
