Registration

1. Pre-registration - Delegate – $35.00
Choose this option if you are listed as a *DELEGATE* on your e-mailed Notice.

Your Registration Code will be listed on your e-mailed Notice which you received. Check your spam files, then call if you do not have your e-mail.
2. Pre-registration Guest (18 and over) – $35.00
Non-Voting access is limited to designated area away from Seated Convention Delegates.
3. Pre-registration Guest (17 and under)

The Cherokee County Republican Party Convention will convene at 10:00 a.m. on March 16, 2024 for the purposes of electing Delegates and Alternates to the 7th AND 11th Congressional District Conventions, electing Delegates and Alternates to the State Convention, and for the purpose of conducting all other necessary business.

Per the Georgia GOP Call There will be no admittance after 10 a.m.!

Pre-Registration of delegates and guests is $35 and closes at 6 PM on THURSDAY March 14 - and will include lunch

all On-Site Registration opens at 8am

For those not pre-registered cost is $45.00 and will not include lunch

Coffee, Water and Snacks will be available for a Donation - Cash Only. Registration fee covers the cost of the County Convention. If you have Special Dietary needs please bring your own as needed.

Registered Delegates elected at the Precinct Caucus Meetings are guaranteed seating on the convention floor and are the only people allowed to participate in the convention process. To register as a delegate you must enter the delegate code. You received an email with your code. If you think you didn't receive it, please contact vc-membership@cherokeegop.org and request the code.
Cherokee County Republican voters may register as a guest while space is available. Guests will not be allowed to participate in any discussions or voting and will be seated in a separate area away from the convention Delegates.
Other attendees may include the press, special guests and speakers invited by the Cherokee County Republican Party.
