The Cherokee County Republican Party Convention will convene at 10:00 a.m. on March 15, 2025, for the purposes of electing CCRP Officers for the 2025-2027 term, electing Delegates and Alternates to the 7th and 11th Congressional District Conventions, electing Delegates and Alternates to the State Convention, and for the purpose of conducting all other necessary business.

Registrants must be in line BEFORE 10:00AM. Per the Georgia GOP Call, the registration line will be closed promptly at 10:00AM and there will be no admittance thereafter!

Early Bird pre-registration of delegates and guests is $30 and ends on FRIDAY March 7th. Early Bird pre-registration will include lunch.

Standard pre-registration will run from March 8-13 and is $40. Standard pre-registration will include lunch.

On-Site Registration opens at 8:00AM. On-Site Registration (for those not pre-registered) is $50 at the door and will not include lunch.

Coffee, Water and Snacks will be available for a Donation - Cash Only. Registration fee covers the cost of the County Convention. If you have Special Dietary needs please bring your own as needed.

Registered Delegates elected at the Precinct Caucus Meetings are guaranteed seating on the convention floor and are the only people allowed to participate in the convention process. To register as a delegate you must enter the delegate code. You received an email with your code. If you think you didn't receive it, please contact vc-membership@cherokeegop.org and request the code.
Cherokee County Republican voters may register as a guest while space is available. Guests will not be allowed to participate in any discussions or voting and will be seated in a separate area away from the convention Delegates.
Other attendees may include the press, special guests and speakers invited by the Cherokee County Republican Party.
