CHECK-IN: 6:00pm - 6:45pm
LOCATION: GOP Headquarters 9425 Highway 92 Woodstock, GA.
I-575 to Exit 7. Located between Goodwill and Firestone
Pursuant to Article VI Section E.3 of the CCRP Bylaws, notice is hereby given for a meeting of the CCRP County Committee on December 16, 2025. The agenda of the meeting will pertain to filling a vacancy for Vice Chair of Fundraising. On November 5, 2025, the Executive Committee appointed Shane Wahner as Acting Vice Chair of Fundraising. The County Committee will fill the vacancy with a permanent officer (until the next county convention) at the meeting.
We hope you can attend in person. If you are unable to do so, please go to the Members Area and select ‘Download Reports and Forms.’ There you will find a Proxy Form specific for this meeting. Please email the completed form to: secretary@cherokeegop.org.
All Proxy details will be announced such as the names of who gave a Proxy & to whom they gave it to. Barring emergencies, please try to provide Proxies as early as possible.
