DATE & TIME: January 27, 2026, 7:00pm - 8:30pm
CHECK-IN: 6:00pm - 6:45pm
LOCATION: GOP Headquarters 9425 Highway 92 Woodstock, GA.
I-575 to Exit 7. Located between Goodwill and Firestone
Pursuant to Article VI Section E.3 of the CCRP Bylaws, this amended notice is hereby given for a meeting of the CCRP County Committee on January 27, 2026. The agenda of the meeting will include planning for 2026 as well as filling the vacancy for Commission District Chair, District 2, which occurred on January 11, 2026. The portion of the county committee representing District 2 (those residing in District 2) will be able to vote on the filling of this vacancy. See CCRP Bylaws, Article X, Section D.
We hope you can attend in person. If you are unable to do so, please go to the Members Area and select ‘Download Reports and Forms.’ There you will find a Proxy Form specific for this meeting. Please email the completed form to: secretary@cherokeegop.org.
All Proxy details will be announced such as the names of who gave a Proxy & to whom they gave it to. Barring emergencies, please try to provide Proxies as early as possible.
