CCRP County Committee Meeting
Please accept this meeting notice for the quarterly COUNTY COMMITTEE meeting. The agenda is to be determined, but will include filling vacancies for the positions of CCRP Vice Chair of Membership. The prior notice indicated the position of CCRP Secretary would be filled at this meeting; this was in error, as that position has already been filled.
DATE & TIME: July 28, 2026 7:00pm - 8:30pm
CHECK-IN: 6:00pm - 6:45pm
LOCATION: GOP Headquarters 9425 Highway 92 Woodstock, GA.
DIRECTIONS: I-575 to Exit 7. Located between Goodwill and Firestone
Pursuant to Article VI Section E.3 of the CCRP Bylaws, this notice is hereby given for a meeting of the CCRP County Committee on July 28, 2026.
We hope you can attend in person. If you are unable to do so, please go to the Members Area and select ‘Download Reports and Forms.’ There you will find a Proxy Form specific for this meeting. Please email the completed form to: secretary@cherokeegop.org.
All Proxy details will be announced such as the names of who gave a Proxy & to whom they gave it to. Barring emergencies, please try to provide Proxies as early as possible.
