A notice to all Republican voters: The CCRP will hold its Mass Precinct Caucuses on February 15, 2025, to elect Precinct Officers, elect delegates and alternates to the CCRP County Convention, and conduct all other necessary business. All Cherokee County residents who are legally registered to vote and believe in the principles of the Republican Party are urged to participate in this process. 

The Mass Precinct Caucuses will be held at Calvary Baptist Church, 137 Hightower Road, Ball Ground, GA 30107. Registration will open at 8:00AM. The registration line will close and be cutoff promptly at 10:00 a.m.; any individual not standing in line as of 9:59 a.m. will not be permitted to enter, will not be permitted to register and will be turned away.  The caucuses shall commence at 10:00 a.m. The CCRP requests and highly encourages pre-registration. Pre-registration is available online at https://CherokeeGOP.org/event-5960674.

The CCRP County Convention will be held on March 15, 2025, at Calvary Baptist Church, 137 Hightower Road, Ball Ground, GA 30107, to elect CCRP County officers, elect delegates and alternates to district and state conventions, and conduct all other necessary business. The convention shall commence at 10:00 a.m. Delegates and alternates who pre-register will be required to pay a fee of $30, which is to cover the cost of the convention. The pre-registration fee will increase one week prior to the convention. The day of registration fee will be $50.

The 11th Congressional District Republican Party District Convention will be held on April 26, 2025, at Calvary Baptist Church, 137 Hightower Road, Ball Ground, GA 30107, to elect district republican party officers and conduct all other necessary business. The convention shall commence at 10:00 a.m. Delegates and alternates will be required to pay a fee, which is to cover the cost of the convention and is to be determined.

The 7th Congressional District Republican Party District Convention will be held on April 26, 2025, at South Forsyth High School, 585 Peachtree Pkwy, Cumming, GA 30041, to elect district republican party officers and conduct all other necessary business. The convention shall commence at 10:00 a.m. Delegates and alternates will be required to pay a fee, which is to cover the cost of the convention and is to be determined.

The Georgia Republican Party State Convention will convene at 2:00 p.m. on June 6, 2025, and continue day to day until complete. The convention will be in Dalton, Georgia. The purpose of the convention will be to elect state republican party officers and conduct all other necessary business. Delegates and alternates will be required to pay a fee, which is to cover the cost of the convention and is to be determined.
